Food Lion  Shopping Center   MGES performed the following services for this project: Conditional Use Rezoning, Subdivision planning, Civil Engineering, Low-Impact Design, Roadway Design, ALTA Survey, Wetland Survey, Boundary Survey, and Topographic Survey.  This is a 22-acre Grocery Anchored Shopping Center at the intersection of Mt. Holly - Huntersville Rd and Beatties Ford Rd in Mecklenburg County, NC.
