The Epicenter is a 53 story project on Trade College street in uptown Charlotte. Our services for this project included site layout and surveying. DMR Architecture designed the structure and it is to be developed by the Ghazi Company Charlotte, NC. Adjacent to the Bank of America Headquarters, this project will be constructed on the site of the old Charlotte Convention Center located in city center. The project is designed as mixed use retail/entertainment, residential, officer and structured parking. Flaherty and Collins Properties will develop the residential.
